Her journey began with two years of teaching primary grade children in Sri Lanka, where Ms Fathima developed a deep understanding of early childhood education. This was followed by another two years in Dubai, where she worked with special needs children in a school readiness program and as an ABA Therapist. Ms Fathima hold a Bachelors in Clinical Psychology, a Diploma in Special Education, and a Registered Behavior Technician.

At Mindchamps, Ms. Fathima Nuzuna Raheem serves as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where she works closely with the team to deliver exceptional behavioral therapy and educational support. As a dedicated ABA Therapist, she implements customized therapy plans, conducts one-on-one sessions, and monitors progress to ensure each child benefits from a structured and nurturing environment.
